★ Commercial use for my Designs is free, but credit is needed. Commercial use for Artwork can be discussed based on the needs and the type.

★ Do not redesign my work to the point where they're unrecognizable. Changing a character is fine as long as the general theme and colors are still present, the character should not look like an entirely different concept from the original piece. changing the species and gender is fine aswell.

★ Don't delete my designs off of toyhouse. Privating is fine. - If you must delete for any reason, please contact me. I prefer my artwork not be privated if the rest of the profile is public.

★ Co-owning and alternate forms are fine, but do not make separate profiles for the design or sell/trade them separately.

★ I cannot ensure a refund, as I am poor and I have to spend money nearly as soon as I get it on rent or necessities. Please do not order from me unless you are certain that you are comfortable with my wait time + certain you want to order from me. If you end up not wanting your original commission request, we can come up with some other kind of work that ensures you are properly compensated for the amount you paid.

★ I can and will deny or refund any commission if I feel the need to.

★ My work process is slow, with my time frame usually stretching between a few weeks to about 6 months (rarely.) I am severely mentally ill and my process varies even from day to day. I want my clients to be aware that there may be a bit of a wait.

★ Do not use my work for hateful or derogatory topics. If you are in support of anything illegal / offensive / harmful, do not try to buy my designs. I have the right to revoke a design only if I discover that you violate this. You will get a full refund.

★ Reselling/trading designs from me is fine, you may sell characters that you got in a trade with me if whatever you traded has a value or if you added something onto the character that has worth. (personal work is fine!) Please do not scalp my designs, oversell, or lie about worth. If you want to sell something that has no attached worth to it, just ask me and I'll tack something on for you based on what the artwork would have theoretically sold for.

★ Inspiration from my work is fine, avoid tracing if you are going to share it anywhere. be respectful!

★ You may add small edits to my artwork, but do not remove defining features or markings. I encourage you to draw or commission a redesign if you're interested in changing anything major. if you are unsure about whether the edit is allowed, you can ask me. Please also make sure the original artwork is visible on the profile.
